We offer Alaska raft trips that offer scenic views, wildlife viewing, fishing, and whitewater.
Custom group Alaska rafting adventures are available on request. If have interested in something special or participating in an exploratory expedition, please contact us with your ideals or to see what plans are being made.
Kongakut River - 10 day Arctic National Wildlife Refuge Rafting Safari. Explore Alaska's remote Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) by raft on the "river of caribou". Our trip coincides with the annual migration of the 130,000-strong Porcupine caribou herd and passes through some of the world's most pristine wilderness.
Lake Creek - 7 day Whitewater Rafting and Fishing Adventure. Our favorite fly-in wilderness adventure river, great combination exciting whitewater and great Alaska fishing. Lake Creek offers almost continuous Class II/III whitewater with a few Class IV rapids, five species of salmon, rainbow trout and arctic grayling.
Chulitna River - 4 day Denali Raft Adventure. An excellent family adventure and sampling of Alaska's best wilderness and geography at a casual pace. We travel through Denali State Park, upper Susitna Valley and take out near Trapper Creek, a historic gold mining town. |

Kenai Fjords National Park
Mothership Supported Alaska Sea Kayaking Adventures
Mothership supported sea kayaking adventures to Kenai Fjords National Park are fully customized trips and feature a flexible schedule to meet guests' desires This trip is ideal for small groups and families of 4 to 6 people or larger groups that want to camp on shore. You are welcome to plan your own preferred itinerary or we can suggest an itinerary after discussing the possible destinations and activities. Our mothership adventures are fully hosted and catered with an emphasis on your groups' interest.
Our mothership allows your group to quickly move to a new destination to see more of Kenai Fjords than you would see on one of our self-supported sea kayaking trips. You could spend the morning paddling up to the face of a calving glacier and then spend the afternoon fishing, or head into a sheltered cove and go for hike. You could spend the day looking for whales or photographing Kenai Fjords' wildlife and birds, or explore areas in Kenai Fjords that are seldom visited and outside the range of local water taxis. The beauty of a mothership style tour is that there is always the option to paddle as much as you wish and still have a warm and dry place to relax and get out of the weather.
We have options that can include round trip Anchorage to Seward transportation and pre and post trip lodging in Anchorage and Seward in your custom mothership supported Kenai Fjords sea kayaking tour.
Take a look at our Kenai Fjords Photo Album and see how incredible it is.

Kenai Fjords National Park is one of Alaska's top wildlife viewing hotspots. We often see humpback whales and pods of orca whales and sometimes we get quite close to them. Dall porpoise, harbor seals, sea otters, black bears, mountain goats, bald eagles, and a variety of marine birds including puffins are also commonly seen.

Your Custom Sea Kayaking Package Includes
- Dry Suit - We supply dry suits to keep you warm, dry, and help protect you from hypothermia in Alaska's cold waters. Other Seward sea kayaking outfitters provide (or rent at extra cost) rain gear and rubber boots that offer little protection. Another advantage to dry suits is that if the weather turns wet, they add warmth and a comfort level you would not think possible in this maritime environment.
- Single Kayaks - We provide an option to paddle your own single-person kayak. Most other outfitters use only two-person kayaks. Please inquire.
- Specialty Equipment - We supply the specialized outdoor gear you need. We supply our guests with dry suits, high quality rain gear, rubber boots, and pogies (kayaking gloves) to keep your hands warm
- Environmental Commitment - All of our Alaska adventure tours are run in a manner to minimize environmental impact. We practice Leave No Trace camping techniques.
- High Quality Experience Since 1986 - Recognized by the National Geographic 2007-2009 as one of the best adventure travel companies in the world.
