Kongakut River - 10 day Arctic National Wildlife Refuge Rafting Safari. Explore Alaska's remote Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) by raft on the "river of caribou". Our trip coincides with the annual migration of the 130,000-strong Porcupine caribou herd and passes through some of the world's most pristine wilderness.
Lake Creek - 7 day Whitewater Rafting and Fishing Adventure. Our favorite fly-in wilderness adventure river, great combination exciting whitewater and great Alaska fishing. Lake Creek offers almost continuous Class II/III whitewater with a few Class IV rapids, five species of salmon, rainbow trout and arctic grayling.
Chulitna River - 4 day Denali Raft Adventure. An excellent family adventure and sampling of Alaska's best wilderness and geography at a casual pace. We travel through Denali State Park, upper Susitna Valley and take out near Trapper Creek, a historic gold mining town. |

 The Denali Whittier Bus is the only scheduled transportation option available between Whittier and Denali National Park with a single days travel time, enabling you to enjoy a pre or post cruise tour of Denali Park.Other transportation options require 2 days travel time. This is a 300-mile bus trip between Denali and Anchorage and Whitter.
The 60 mile Anchorage to Whittier portion of this service runs on cruise ship arrival and departure days during the summer and is a great Whittier transportation option for cruise ship passengers. The bus service between Anchorage and Denali runs daily.
The trip between Whittier and Anchorage travels the spectacular and scenic Seward Highway, a National Scenic Byway and follows the Turnagain Arm, a body of water featuring the world's second highest tides at over 30 feet. You'll pass through Portage Valley and the 2 mile long Anton Anderson tunnel. The section between Anchorage and Denali travels the George Parks Highway and depending on the weather features some of the best views of Mt. McKinley in the state. Also, on most days a one-half hour stop will be made at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge allowing great views of Mt. McKinley, weather permitting, and the ability to purchase "to-go" coffee, soda and snacks.
You will appreciate the comfortable seating, generous legroom, and large picture windows of the custom motorcoaches. Your knowledgeable bus driver-guide will offer tour highlights along the route, and ample photo and restroom stops will be made.
The southbound buses will arrive in Anchorage at the Anchorage Museum at approximately 1:30 pm. The northbound buses arrive around noon. The Museum features a fabulous cafe if you would like to enjoy lunch on your own. At 3:00 pm board the bus to continue your journey north to Denali or south towards Whittier. Northbound bus arrives in Denali at 9:00 pm and the southbound bus arrives in Whittier at 5:00 pm.
