Bacon or sausage, roasted onion, green pepper, potato and cheese, and fresh melon.

Brakeman’s Special – $12
Biscuits with country gravy and sausage, with fresh melon.

Cheddar or Swiss with egg and choice of reindeer sausage, patty sausage or bacon, and fresh melon.

Ham, pepperoni, Genoa, lettuce, tomato and cheddar or Swiss on a whole wheat hoagie. Alaska Kettle Chips or salad. Served hot or cold.

Classic Caesar Salad – $11
Romaine hearts with garlic dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese. With chicken – $13.00

Healy Miners Lunch – $13
Sirloin burger on a whole wheat bun, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickle. Alaska Kettle Chips or potato salad. Add Swiss or cheddar – $1
